1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the My Hometown Contractor website, platform, or services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to homeowners, contractors, and all users of the Platform.

2

Description of Services

My Hometown Contractor ("MHTC," "we," "us," or "our") operates a contractor verification and lead-matching platform designed to connect homeowners with independent contractors who have completed MHTC's documented pre-screening requirements.

MHTC does not perform construction services, does not supervise work, and is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

3

Local Market Operations

Certain geographic markets displayed on the Platform may be operated by independent local operators under agreement with MHTC Holdings, LLC. These local operators do not own, control, or modify the Platform, contractor screening standards, pricing frameworks, or Terms of Service.

All Platform rules, verification requirements, and policies are established and administered centrally by MHTC Holdings, LLC. Use of the Platform does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between MHTC Holdings, LLC and any local market operator.

4

Independent Contractor Relationship

All contractors listed on the Platform are independent businesses, not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of MHTC.

MHTC does not control how contractors perform work, set pricing, negotiate contracts, or complete projects.

5

Homeowners are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence prior to hiring any contractor.
